Brian Spilg forced him to admit guilt, with “an out-of-court arrangement”. THE PRESIDING JUDGE - CLAASSEN - would NOT permit demonstrating to the court mouth-damage when I chew; he would NOT allow me to spell out damage-details relating to Dr Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims, which is Relevant Corroborative Evidence, In The Public Interest (The Public has a Right to Know); he was hostile by shouting at me, and (wrongly) allowed adv. John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open by five ‘straight’ doctors (see below)]. These are pointers to apartheid injustice - public abuse of legal rules, contrary to proper court procedure: a failed justice system… This same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa • Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile, blatantly-biased apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”… • Dr Rumbak’s defamatory character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics lecturer; a bachelor with psychological problems, living in a Yeoville flat, playing the piano in bars”. (Uncanny that Dr Rumbak wanted to book me into hospital - for a general anaesthetic - to remove splintered tooth-roots). For the record, my Economics students achieved highest marks in national examinations on THREE occasions; I played The Tusk Bar’s piano at The Palace at Sun City, provided piano-music for Cape Judges at The Five Flies Restaurant, and was pianist at a prominent Cape wine-farm for The King of Jordan’s visit: This is TRUTH, and not a ‘delusional disorder’, as per Dr David Shevel’s report (see below). By butchering my mouth, Dr Rumbak has stolen my lecturing career; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to talk normally; Dr Rumbak has stolen my ability to chew without pain. This is a prototype corrupt Medical Protection Society high court fraud state-capture mafia • HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room. “Dr. Motsoaledi has found the Health Professions Council of South Africa to be deeply dysfunctional” (The Times 7 October 2016)… The World would have believed that freedom-fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide, because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker LIED, filling in false medical certificates to hide TRUTH. Five brazen doctors (Frances Ames, Professor Phillip Tobias, Trefor Jenkins, Edward Barker & Leslie Robertson) forced the health professions council to re-open the case, proving that Steve Biko was MURDERED by the apartheid security police. The toothless health professions council - whose ridiculous credo is “guiding the professions and protecting the public” - MUST BE COMPELLED into an inquiry, by re-opening Dr Rumbak’s negligence-history file. This council found Dr Rumbak ‘blameless’, without assessing my mouth-damage. Isaacs also instructed me to have a CAT-scan (brain X-ray), subjecting me to “radiation sickness”: the report points to Trigeminal Nerve Damage in the area where Dr. Rumbak operated on my mouth. The law society protected my lawyer - Peter Soller - at bogus investigations; disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. Soller sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case. Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers struck him off the roll, stating that “Soller is a danger to society”! What is the law society going to do with lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs? “The law society incurred Judge Ranchod’s wrath this week, for its tardiness in acting against its former president, Ronald Bobroff (Sunday Times 23 July 2017). Bobroff temporised, then refused to be my attorney-of-record, with the pretext that “my case against Dr Rumbak is too expensive, too complex, and would take too long”; when he released my file, X-rays were held back, which I instructed be released without delay; Bobroff is fugitive in Australia, with pending extradition to South Africa to face trial, after overcharging road-accident victims; his bank accounts in Israel have been frozen (S.A. Jewish Report 18-25 August 2017 & Cape Argus 12 August 2017). Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! Mae Navias finally stepped down into retirement on 28 February 2014. • Helen Zille - Democratic Alliance’s Cape premier - promised “to crack private-sector corruption, with zero tolerance”; her body-guard – Robert MacDonald - cross-examined me at the Civic Centre (as one would with a terrorist) when I presented my grievances relating to medico-legal corruption, fraud, and crime. DR. RUMBAK’S character-assassination report states that I am “an Economics Lecturer: a bachelor, with psychological problems, living in a flat, and playing the piano in a Yeoville bar”!
After he removed my tooth-roots, I experienced prolonged bleeding; my face swelled grotesquely, climaxing in excruciatingly-painful cracking of the jaws, which persists today.

Dr. Rumbak told me that he suffers from high blood-pressure. He has a medical negligence history…
Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims (I have their contact details):
- Mr. X. suffered post-operative sinus problems. Advocate Brian Spilg compelled Dr. Rumbak to foot costs of corrective surgery.
- Ms. Y. Dr. Rumbak was responsible for incorrect crown fittings.
- Mr. Z. suffered post-operative infection, which had to be remedied by another doctor.

NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (N.H.I.) must impose a wealth-tax on Medical Protection Society & Medical Defense Union, who renege on their Duty & Obligation to make reparation, after Dr. Rumbak maimed me.

NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE must also impose a wealth-tax on Glenrand M.I.B. & Attorneys’ Fidelity Fund, who refuse to acknowledge my lawyer’s (Peter Soller’s) professional negligence & abuse of Trust Funds respectively, even though Soller was struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges!

• THE ABOVE CORPORATE POWERS TREAT DOCTORS’ AND LAWYERS’ PROFESSIONAL NEGLIGENCE VICTIMS WITH CONTEMPT.

Will NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE allow Dr. Rumbak – in private practice, with a medical negligence history – carte blanche to inflict further damage, without being held accountable and responsible for his victims?

• health department has NO control over doctors (like Dr. Rumbak) in private practice, who issue FALSE MEDICAL REPORTS to cover their negligent colleagues’ shouting guilt, prescribing poisonous drugs to silence victims who take a stand. Their army-of-lawyers humiliate, intimidate, and torture those brazen enough to bring out The Red Flag… Doctors are able to bury their botch-ups effortlessly! According to Common Law, this ‘right of eminent domain’ is an ILLEGAL privilege!
• health department MUST control private hospitals, to avoid a repeat of the Netcare scandal: their CEO offered a public apology, after being “fined R7,8-million, admitting they unlawfully acquired and transplanted kidneys at a KwaZulu-Natal hospital earlier in the decade” (Sunday Times 21 November 2010).

MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY IS DR. RUMBAK’S INSURANCE COMPANY, RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CORRUPT & CRIMINAL ACTS OF ITS AGENTS…

• HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL is paid to protect negligent doctors, including Dr. Rumbak. Their credo “guiding the professions and protecting The Public”, is a misnomer: they treat The Public with no sympathy, finding negligent doctors ‘blameless’, without ever meeting the damaged victims; they are aware of Dr. Rumbak’s negligence history; his victims are intimidated into silence.

• HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL protected Dr. Ivor Lang & Dr. Benjamin Tucker, “who issued a false medical certificate”. “Lang and Tucker were later found guilty of improper and disgraceful conduct after FIVE (5) Doctors – Trefor Jenkins, Frances Ames, Edward Barker, Leslie Robertson, and Professor Phillip Tobias forced the Health Professions Council to re-open the case”. Lang and Tucker were then found guilty of covering up Steve Biko’s murder by the security police (The Star 5 June 1997). “12 September 2011 was the 34th anniversary of the assassination of Biko by apartheid security police” (The Times September 13 2011).

If a doctor ruins YOUR life, lawyers twist Truth, claiming that the damage “is a pre-existing condition, in YOUR imagination”. With a bag of lies, they turn the physical damage caused by the negligent doctor into a mental illness!

• MEDICAL PROTECTION SOCIETY used lawyer ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – with his bag of illegal, evil tricks and “bully tactics” to silence my grievances, freeing Dr. Rumbak from blatant guilt… Isaacs intimidated my chief witness, who refused to testify; he dispossessed me, and tormented me by disrupting my Economics Lecture with a telephone call, intimidating me with threats of orders, compelling me into humiliating examination by his selected doctors. Isaacs paid them to give reports denying the blatant damage caused by Dr. Rumbak, with pretexts of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”…

Colleague-doctors – instructed by lawyer Rohan Isaacs – networked to silence my attempts to force out Truth and Human Rights, entitling Restorative Justice. They tortured me, in a combined effort to prove that I am CRAZY (Hebrew: Meshuggah)!

DR. DAVID SHEVEL was paid by lawyer Rohan Isaacs to issue a report pointing to ‘delusions of grandeur’, because my Economics Students achieved Top Honours on THREE (3) occasions in National Examinations: he slotted this TRUTH into a psychiatric ‘delusional disorder’, using false logic…

MAE NAVIAS - an old social worker, who has wormed her way back, after going on pension - fingered my sanity: she tried to blackmail me into an evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Hospital. After entering the portals of Valkenberg – in the company of murderers and rapists, inter alia - a black mark & sour stigma sticks for life; that person loses all further credibility, with a ‘Tattoo’ branded alongside his name!

Serial Killer, “Dr.” Harold Shipman, prescribed medication to WORSEN medical problems. More than 150 of his patients died mysteriously, but police refused to get involved, as “the evidence was not strong enough”!
Shipman was eventually found guilty, and hanged himself in his cell!

THE LAW SOCIETY – at five BOGUS ‘investigations’ - protected my lawyer, Peter Soller, who sent Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case.
Mr. du Plessis – head of the law society disciplinary committee – threatened to ‘have me removed’, if I did not keep quiet!
Soller was then struck off the attorneys’ roll by TWO (2) Judges, who state that “Soller is a danger to society”!
The law society allowed “172 law firms to defraud poor road accident victims” (The Star 10 July 2001).
“The Pretoria Bar Council has struck from its roll six of 13 greedy advocates found guilty of fleecing the Road Accident Fund of over R15-million” (The Times September 30 2011).
The Road Accident Fund has now run out of money!
What is the law society going to do with lawyer Rohan Barry Isaacs, who - inter alia - engineered FALSE MEDICAL REPORTS?

The doctor implicated, fled South Africa, and the private hospital was found guilty of placing undiluted acid into the poor woman’s Vagina.

Judge Claassen was blatantly biased: he would not allow me to refer to details of the damage Dr. Rumbak caused to THREE (3) other victims, which is vital and relevant Corroborative Evidence, in the Public Interest.
Judge Claassen would not allow me to demonstrate to the court that I chew in pain - like a donkey - after Dr. Rumbak damaged my Trigeminal Nerve: muscles in my neck and cheek are in permanent spasm; he dislocated my jaw, and damaged my jaw-joints, which crack. I speak in discomfort.
Judge Claassen shouted at me, and he allowed adv. John Suttner to ask a ‘leading question’: when I referred to the FIVE (5) doctors who forced the Steve Biko case open, Suttner asked: “are you trying to tell the court that there are only ‘5 straight doctors’ in this country? All the rest are crooks?”
Is this kind of ‘judgment’ good enough to bear up in an International Court of Justice?

A deputy minister has stated that “courts are racist” (Sunday Times 14 November 2010).
